Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 5 years conveyancing experience required in Bradford (but could be based in Harrogate or Ilkley if preferred)

A well-established law firm in Bradford is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy Residential Property team. If preferred, could also be based in the Harrogate or Ilkley office.

The Role:
You’ll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages. You’ll be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring files are progressed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ conveyancing experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
