A modern and growing West Yorkshire law firm is seeking experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners to join their expanding property team. The Role:
You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages and new build transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
You’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic conveyancing team with strong administrative support and streamlined systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience handling own full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Strong communication, organisational, and client care skills
- Comfortable working in a tech-driven, fast-paced environment
- Proactive, approachable and detail-oriented
