We are working with a well-established firm in Newcastle, who are seeking a talented Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Fee Earners across the full spectrum of conveyancing matters – sales, purchases, and remortgages.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Fee Earners with a diverse caseload of conveyancing transactions
- Prepare essential documentation and manage client files efficiently
- Maintain clear communication with clients and other stakeholders
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient conveyancing process
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Conveyancing Assistant
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
