Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 3PQE required in the Skipton/Silsden area

A well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. The firm offers location flexibility (Skipton / Silsden area) and hybrid working options.

The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and transfers, from instruction through to completion. You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and third parties to provide a high standard of service and ensure files are progressed efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in commercial property.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience managing your own caseload.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
