Commercial Property Solicitor required in Newcastle upon Tyne
• Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years post qualification experience handling own caseload?
• Are you seeking career development and keen to join a progressive firm with long-term career opportunities?
Based in Newcastle – you will be responsible for dealing with a varied caseload. You will help supervise junior fee-earners and will take a strong role in business development for the team.
Caseload will include; sale, purchase, leasing and re-financing of business premises, commercial developments and unit sales, advising on pre-emption, option and promotion agreements, s106 Agreements, commercial licences, and easements.
Would prefer candidates based in the North East however for the right strong candidate with the ability and confidence to work remotely, then this opportunity can be largely remote so your application will be considered if based in the UK.
Salary is competitive depending on experience. Office hours are 9.00 – 5.00 Monday – Friday, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, healthcare and benefits package. Both full and part time applicants will be considered.
