Commercial Property Solicitor/Fee Earner required in Skipton/Silsden (location flexible)
Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm, is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer seeking a role with flexibility on office location, hybrid working, and the chance to join a supportive firm handling good quality work.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a broad client base on a range of transactions. The role can be based in Skipton or Silsden, depending on your preference.
The work is likely to include:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Leases and renewals
- Property finance work
- General commercial property transactions
About You
The successful candidate will:

- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in Commercial Property
- Be confident managing a caseload with a good level of autonomy
- Have strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Be able to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Be looking to join a well-regarded firm offering flexibility and long-term prospects
