Are you a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant with a passion for conveyancing? We’re seeking a talented individual to join a well-established law firm in the heart of Wakefield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to Conveyancing Fee Earners, from initial client contact to case completion.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently, including file setup, document issuance, and closure.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries.
- Communicate effectively with third parties via phone and email.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Assistant – minimum 2 years experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
