Are you a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant with a passion for conveyancing? We’re seeking a talented individual to join a well-established law firm in the heart of Wakefield. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to Conveyancing Fee Earners, from initial client contact to case completion.
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently, including file setup, document issuance, and closure.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries.
  • Communicate effectively with third parties via phone and email.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Conveyancing Assistant – minimum 2 years experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
