Our client, a well-established West Yorkshire law firm, requires a Post Completion Conveyancing Assistant to be based in their Leeds city centre office. This will ideally be a full time role but they are happy to consider reduced/flexible hours too.
You will provide support to the whole conveyancing department, across 6 offices, in handling all of the firms’ post completion conveyancing work. This will include; handling all land registry applications after completion, arranging submission of the Stamp Duty Land Tax return with HMRC, liaising with conveyancing staff and dealing with any requisitions raised by The Land Registry.
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Conveyancing Assistant handling post completion matters and be capable of working well unsupervised.
Knowledge of lender panel requirements would also be advantageous.
Salary is competitive and the office hours are Monday – Thursday 9-5.30 and Friday 9-5.
