We are representing a well-established law firm in the heart of York, who are, due to continued growth, seeking a talented and ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join their thriving Dispute Resolution team.
About the Role:
As a Litigation Solicitor, you’ll be handling a diverse caseload of contentious matters, including:
- Commercial disputes
- Contractual disputes
- Property litigation
- Professional negligence
- Debt recovery
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents.
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Managing your own caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Representing clients in court and at mediations.
