We are representing a Legal 500 rated and well-established law firm, who are seeking a highly motivated Legal Secretary/PA to join their thriving Private Client team in Barnsley. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting their dedicated solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of the department, and delivering exceptional service to their clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to Private Client Solicitors using digital dictation (BigHand)
- Drafting legal documents, including court orders and correspondence
- Managing client communication, ensuring sensitive information is handled with care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files
- Contributing to a positive and efficient working environment
