Head of Department with 6PQE+ required for a Conveyancing Department in Newcastle
We are representing a well-established law firm in Newcastle who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to Head their conveyancing department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage own caseload of mainly residential sales and purchases.
- Manage a small team of conveyancing professionals.
- Oversee all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and client service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the firm’s business development activities.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or Conveyancer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in residential conveyancing, handling own caseload.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Client-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
