We are seeking a highly experienced Employment Solicitor to head up our clients’ Employment Law department in North Leeds. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
• Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities and network with potential clients.
• Casework: Handle a busy caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for individuals and businesses.
• Strategic Advice: Provide strategic advice to clients on a range of employment issues, including dismissals, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, settlement agreements and HR advice/employment policies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
• Proven experience in managing a team.
• Strong technical knowledge of employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to business development.
