Due to expansion, an additional Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancing Fee
Earner is required for well-established law firm in Pudsey. You will join an
established team and handle own caseload of the full range of conveyancing
matters including sales, purchases and remortgages. Duties will include;
liaising with clients, Estate Agents, Solicitors and The Land Registry,
drafting Contracts and Transfers, carrying out searches, dealing with
enquiries, drafting completion statements. This is a full time role.
You will need:
- At least 2 years experience handling own caseload of sales and
- purchases preferred,
- Good IT skills,
- A professional manner with clients and colleagues,
- Experience of case management systems advantageous,
- To be a team player.
