We are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join a reputable team based in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual seeking to progress their career and take ownership of a busy and varied conveyancing caseload and contribute to the firm’s continued success. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of matters, including: sales and purchases, Freehold and Leasehold matters, Remortgage work, New-Builds, Development schemes and Shared ownership properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling your own good quality residential property caseload
- Assisting the Team’s property partner with various property matters
- Ability to work on all aspects of residential conveyancing and be committed to delivering an outstanding service level to high net worth private clients.
- Being involved in business development activities within the Private Client Team and across the wider firm.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years experience handling own caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters.
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
