Conveyancing Assistant with at least 2 years experience required in Wakefield
• Are you a Conveyancing Assistant with at least 2 years experience?
• Do you have experience of assisting with sale and purchase files?
• Are you seeking a role with good long-term prospects?
The role is full time (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm) and based in Wakefield. Duties will include; opening files, updating case management (ProClaim), issuing contracts, carrying out searches, producing letters and documents, dealing with exchanges, setting up completions, issuing Mortgage reports, dealing with incoming post and telephone enquiries.
