We’re representing a law firm who are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their friendly and expanding team in Pudsey, Leeds. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced Conveyancers with all aspects of the residential property transaction process, sales and purchases.
- Handle client communication and ensure a smooth buying and selling experience.
- Conduct property searches, prepare legal documents, and manage deadlines.
- Contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of all conveyancing matters.
What you’ll need:
- At least 1 year’s experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Conveyancing Secretary/PA.
- Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and legal terminology.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
