Established law firm in Leeds seeks a Conveyancing Assistant to join their expanding conveyancing department. You will support an experienced Conveyancer in everyday tasks, using case management systems. Candidates seeking part time hours will also be considered.
Duties will include; completing forms and applications, handling general queries/updates, assisting with completions, conducting searches, title checks, typing various letters, drafting contacts, liaising with clients, solicitors, referrers and estate agents.
You will need:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal,
- Good communication skills,
- The ability to work on own initiative and prioritise a busy workload,
- A working knowledge of case management systems is desirable but not essential.
