Conveyancing Assistant with minimum 12 months' experience required in Garforth/Wakefield
Join a friendly and client-focused team at a well-established firm of Solicitors! We’re looking for a motivated Conveyancing Assistant to provide crucial support to Fee Earners in Wakefield/Garforth/Ossett/Sherburn in Elmet.
Your Role:
- Providing full support to Conveyancing Fee Earners, dealing with sales, purchases and remortgages.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other Solicitors – providing updates and answering queries.
What They’re Looking For:
- Someone who is highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail, ideally with at least 12 months experience in a similar role
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ambitious and eager to learn with a desire to develop their career within a growing company
