Well-established law firm in West Yorkshire seeks an additional Solicitor for its’ expanding Litigation department in Wakefield.. Reporting to the Head of Litigation the caseload is a mixture of civil litigation (mainly boundary and right of way disputes and contested wills), employment law (claimant and defendant) and commercial litigation.
You will need:
• Around 2-4 years PQE ideally in civil litigation, including employment law.
• Experience of handling commercial litigation claims would also be advantageous.
• Good client care skills.
• Strong IT skills and case management experience also required.
